Wags and Wiggles started all because of my boy Ozzy. I took him to a well known groomers and when I picked him up I was just so happy to have him back we went straight home. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed he had a cut on him, and another, and another. He had been cut 3 times and I was not notified once. I wasn't called and I wasn't made aware on pick-up. I phoned up to ask what happened and they said they had no knowledge of this, they showed no compassion, and didn't apologise at all. This left Ozzy terrified of groomers.
This experience revealed a troubling lack of transparency and care in the industry. From that moment forward, I committed to creating a salon where honesty, safety, and compassion are at the heart of every service. At Wags and Wiggles, we pledge to be 100% transparent with our customers and to treat every dog as if they were our own.

Hi, I’m Paige. I’ve worked with horses, dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, peacocks, sheep…you name it! Before stepping into grooming, I gained a wealth of hands-on experience through house sitting, pet sitting, and working on yards for top showjumpers and eventers.
Alongside my work with animals, I have a background in sport. I played netball in the England academy for five years, which inspired me to pursue a degree in Sports Science, Performance, and Coaching. Although a chronic illness meant I couldn’t continue competing at the same level, it gave me the opportunity to coach and share my knowledge and love of the game with others.
Outside of work, I’m also passionate about photography, capturing moments both big and small.

I have been around animlas since the day I was born. I have a horse called Legend, he is an 18 year old rescued ex-racehorse that doesnt always remember that he is retired! We love to just hack around the fields and have fun together.
I have two dogs, Ozzy and Deeks. They are both Sprocker spaniels full of love and personality. Ozzy is 12 and Deeks is 6! Deeks would happily play fetch with you all day, every day, whereas Ozzy prefers to chill inbetween his walks and play time.
I have 3 cats, Pixie, Daisy, and Nova. Daisy I got first as I begged my parents for a cat (They were never going to let me have a dog at 11) and I ended up getting her as a 'Well Done' for getting into the Suffolk Academy. We then re-homed Pixie as the people who initially brought her decided they didn't want her anymore. Finally, I got Nova Christmas of 2023! When we first got him we were under the impression we bought a female cat but the vet told us otherwise!
I am also obsessed with otters!

Our vision is to redefine grooming by treating it as an essential part of a pet’s wellbeing (which it is!), not just their appearance. Through personalised grooming plans, natural products, and low-stress techniques, Wags and Wiggles delivers both a premium service for pets and peace of mind for owners.
I’m truly passionate about what I do, and I care deeply for every animal I meet, that love shines through in my work. My salon is an open space, so you can always see how I treat the dogs in my care, from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. Transparency matters to me, but above all, your dog’s welfare will always come first. I’ll always care for them as if they were my own.
